Congratulations to our client, family-owned Wenger Corporation, on hiring Dave Thomas as their new Chief Executive Officer! A successful nationwide search was conducted by Doran Leadership Partners, led by Linda Samide and project managed by Jared Quade.

With the announced retirement of Wenger’s incumbent CEO, the company’s Shareholders and Board of Directors were seeking an executive to lead the organization in its next chapter of growth. Dave Thomas was chosen for his visionary leadership, ability to inspire innovation and track record of driving growth.

Dave joins Wenger after a highly successful tenure with Minnesota-based SJE, a leading global manufacturer and integrator of systems and controls to residential, industrial and commercial markets. During his time as CEO of SJE, Dave led tremendous revenue growth and completed the successful sale of the company. Dave brings outstanding leadership acumen to Wenger along with a passion for the business as a lifelong musician.
