We are happy to announce that the team at Colle McVoy have welcomed Megan Flynn as Chief Financial Officer! Megan joins the 88-year-old Minneapolis-based full-service creative firm as they are experiencing unprecedented growth and incredible industry recognition as Adweek Midsize Agency of the Year, Ad Age A-List Standout Agency and Innovation SABREs Disruptive Agency of the Year – to name a few.

Colle McVoy engaged Doran Leadership Partners to lead the search for an experienced finance leader and strategic business partner to help drive process improvement and digital transformation to support the agency’s growth. This nationwide search was led by Linda Samide and project managed by Jared Quade.

Megan brings a strong foundation in public accounting combined with financial leadership roles at premier CPG companies. Her high energy and strong growth orientation are a great fit for Colle McVoy. Reporting to the agency’s CEO, Megan is already impacting finance functions to support Colle McVoy’s continuing transformation.
