Congratulations to Tae Kim and the team at AAA Minneapolis on recruiting Mike Leppones as Chief Financial Officer!

AAA Minneapolis retained Doran Leadership Partners to find a continuous improvement-oriented finance leader who could be both strategic and hands-on in leading the organization’s finance function. Doran Leadership conducted a local search led by Linda Samide and project managed by Jared Quade.

Mike’s background in both finance and accounting combined with his successful track record of process improvement are an ideal match for AAA’s needs. He is excited to partner with Tae Kim, CEO of AAA Minneapolis, to continue AAA Minneapolis’ finance and accounting and identify new and innovative ways to leverage technology to meet the evolving needs of the organization’s membership.
