We are celebrating with Crew Carwash as they welcome Peri Bluemer as Chief People Officer!

Family-owned, Indianapolis-based Crew Carwash sought to elevate the organization’s HR leadership to meet the demands of its growing business. This new CPO role required a bright, energetic, experienced HR leader who would embrace Crew’s renowned commitment to customer service and help the organization scale to meet its expanding geographic footprint.

Doran Leadership Partners began a nationwide search, led by Linda Samide and project managed by Jared Quade, with Peri Bluemer as the successful candidate from Las Vegas, Nevada. Peri brings deep HR expertise with a particular passion for training and organizational development. She has worked across several industries, including privately held, expanding, multi-unit businesses, and most recently has had success expanding a North American retail division of a UK-owned company.

For over 70 years, family-owned Crew Carwash has held fast to one goal: Delivering a clean, quick carwash, every time, with a smile to the customer. The Company is poised for significant growth, with current expansion into Minnesota, a new geography for Crew Carwash. The Company operates 42 locations, with plans to open 5-6 additional locations each year.
