After successfully navigating the challenges of COVID, AAA Minneapolis was looking for a leader to take the helm as their long tenured CEO retired. Doran Leadership Partners was engaged to conduct a nationwide search led by Linda Samide and project managed by Jared Quade.

Tae is the successful candidate from Buffalo, New York who brings great leadership from both outside and within AAA. Tae is a visionary leader who understands the unique operating model of AAA and can identify opportunities to innovate and update the way the organization approaches the market.
