Suzanne Campion
Managing Director and Search Lead
Suzanne isn’t one to think small. She challenges herself and her partners to embrace opportunities that can change the trajectory of a client’s success. Her approach is informed by decades of experience providing strategic financial and operational services to institutional and private clients as well as to non-profit organizations in New York and Chicago.
After beginning her career at Bankers Trust Company, Suzanne went on to manage operating businesses and work inside large and small financial firms with a focus on operations, finance, recruiting and human resources. In 2013, Suzanne co-founded NextLevelNPO to provide strategic and operational guidance to non-profits, a firm she continues to support as a senior advisor. At DLP, Suzanne leads search and organization development engagements and oversees the firm’s operations.
Suzanne holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College. Her other leadership roles include Senior Director of a private trust company and member on the KIPP Chicago Public Charter School Board.
