Located in Columbus, MN, our client, the nation’s largest rental provider of specialized traffic safety equipment and smart traffic management solutions, is searching for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will drive innovation in traffic management and safety solutions through IoT, AI and machine learning integration. The CTO will provide strategic direction for all aspects of product development, from embedded systems and cloud architecture to customer-facing applications, while optimizing development processes across global teams.

Director, Finance & Accounting

Our client, Northwest Area Foundation (NWAF), located in St. Paul, MN, stands alongside changemakers in its region of eight states and 76 Native nations and funds important work that leads to racial, social and economic justice. The Director of Finance & Accounting will advance the mission and goals of NWAF by chiefly coordinating, developing, discussing and making decisions around NWAF’s internal controls, budgetary/forecasting processes, the investment portfolio and risk management.

Chief Development Officer

Our client in hunger relief services is seeking a Chief Development Officer, who will lead the development team and be a key member of the organization’s executive leadership, driving the implementation of fundraising strategy to attract and steward the financial resources required to advance the work of the organizaiton. The ideal candidate will an innovative, broad-minded and strategic philanthropic leader with a proven track record of meeting financial goals and key business objectives. They will have experience leading leaders, working with a board and/or senior executives, and managing a variety of funding sources.

Corporate Counsel

We have partnered with a family-owned real estate investment and management firm, which has a primary focus on the acquisition, development, management and holding of infill industrial properties, in searching for a Corporate Counsel. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel will advise senior leaders in the company’s operations, investments and finance departments. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, and be a high potential, relationship-oriented legal professional who is curious and proactive, and who brings a strong solution-orientation to their work. 

Chief Growth & Program Operations Officer

Lifeworks Services, Inc., is an industry-leading, high-impact nonprofit organization serving more than 3,200 Minnesotans with disabilities and their families annually. Lifeworks has engaged Doran Leadership Partners to lead the search of Chief Growth and Program Operations Officer. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s business strategy and growth trajectory via partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and innovative business structures, and have a broad scope of oversight over the three service lines (fiscal management services, center-based programs and employment services) with the operational leaders of each service line reporting to this new leader.
