Mortenson retained Doran Leadership Partners to identify a strategic HR executive to lead a team of talent partners and the talent acquisition group. The successful candidate, Mollie Harig, from Minnetonka, Minnesota, brings outstanding HR leadership experience from two renowned family-owned businesses – Cargill and CWT. With a foundation in Public Relations and Communications, Mollie brings both a keen strategic mindset and a singular ability to communicate a corporate vision.

Mortenson tackles some of the most complex real estate and construction opportunities in North America. Headquartered in Minneapolis, this growing, technologically savvy professional services organization employs approximately 6,500 construction, real estate, and facility professionals and craft workers.
