Jim Hilt

We are thrilled to announce that Jim Hilt has joined our client Asset Marketing Solutions (AMS) as Chief Executive Officer!

With the transition of its founder into an advisory role, AMS sought a strategic, seasoned leader with a track record in omnichannel retail and direct marketing. This nationwide search was led by Maya Schultz and project managed by Jared Quade of Doran Leadership Partners.

Jim Hilt brings deep retail and ecommerce experience from his most recent role as President of Shutterfly, where he led the photo personalization brand’s primary business. An enthusiastic and strategic leader, Jim previously held leadership roles at Express, Barnes & Noble and Sears. As CEO at AMS, Jim will work closely with the board and senior leadership to lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic plan.

Founded in 1984 and based in Eagan, Minnesota, AMS is a privately held leading global multichannel direct marketing company within the collectible coin sector, jointly owned by family office, private equity and management.
