Doran Leadership Partners congratulates Dr. Lew Zeidner on his new role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Meridian Behavioral Health!

Meridian’s new owner, Renovus Capital, sought a strategic, seasoned leader with a passion for and commitment to Meridian’s mission to provide the highest quality of care to individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental illness. This nationwide search was led by Maya Schultz, Nayana Jha and project managed by Jared Quade.

Lew brings an extensive background in a variety of entrepreneurial healthcare settings, including his most recent role as Vice President of Mental Health & Addiction Services at MHealth Fairview. He has a deep understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry and a proven ability to navigate its complexities. A passionate and authentic leader, Lew is well suited and well-prepared to lead the overall strategy, growth and operations of Meridian.
