Patience Ferguson

Congratulations to our client, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, on hiring Patience Ferguson as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Inclusion!
As the Federal Research Bank of Minneapolis prepared for the retirement of their long-tenured Human Resources & Inclusion (HRI) leader, they engaged Doran Leadership Partners in a search led by Ali Biro and project managed by Mary Abiadal. They sought a strategic, action-oriented leader who would create and foster a leading-edge HRI function and oversee the Bank’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion, and collaborate effectively across the Federal Reserve system.

Patience brings extensive experience creating equitable, inclusive, diverse and accessible organizations. With prior experience leading HR and DEI efforts at both the City of Minneapolis and the YWCA, Patience is a passionate public servant who is known for her inspirational leadership and ability to champion change.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is one of twelve Reserve Banks that, along with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., constitute the nation’s central bank. The Bank serves the public by pursuing a growing economy and stable financial system for all.

Congratulations, Patience!
