Tharangi Cumaranatunge

Congratulations to our client, Bush Foundation, on hiring Tharangi Cumaranatunge as Finance Director and Treasurer. With the pending retirement of Bush Foundation’s long-tenured finance leader, Doran Leadership Partners was engaged to lead this regional search, led by Heidi Westlind and project managed by Mary Abiadal.

Tharangi most recently held finance and organizational leadership roles at Alight and brings earlier finance and accounting experience at Ecolab. Tharangi is passionate about doing good in the world both globally and locally through strong financial stewardship and as a strategic partner. At Bush, she and her finance team will continue to enable the meaningful grantmaking activities of the Foundation.

The Bush Foundation invests in great ideas and the people who power them in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and the 23 Native nations that share the same geography.
