Through research and day-to-day management, Jared lays the foundation for successful engagements at DLP. But it’s the relationships that bring him the greatest satisfaction: brightening people’s days, ensuring fluid collaboration and helping the team bring their best to the table.
Before shifting his career to executive search, Jared worked in sales and marketing for twenty years in categories including consumer electronics, big-box retail, cloud computing and digital publications, among others. At DLP, he leverages this expertise to guide projects with a highly technical and client-focused point of view.
Jared holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.
