Heidi believes that great partnerships lead to great outcomes. In an arena where stakes are high for both clients and candidates, she approaches her work with sensitivity and compassion to ensure people feel heard and cared for throughout the process.
As an executive search lead at DLP, Heidi recruits top talent for national and local nonprofits, foundations and for-profit family/founder-owned businesses. Her early career was spent at International Decision Systems in sales, marketing and operations roles, building out their European and Southeast Asian markets before being promoted to Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to her career in executive search, Heidi spent ten years leading business development and operations at Vander Zanden, Inc. a boutique executive coaching firm.
Heidi holds a degree from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
