Jane Mahoney Outar has worked in talent and careers for more than 20 years. Jane’s professional experience includes career coaching, executive search, employer relations, workforce development and program management. Prior to joining Doran Leadership Partners, Jane provided outplacement services to job seekers from a range of industries and backgrounds. She enjoys partnering with and supporting her clients to find roles that will be fulfilling and impactful. Jane resides in Newton, Massachusetts. She holds a BA from St. Lawrence University, an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a certificate in Executive Coaching from William James College.
